Penang Black Panthers is a sepaktakraw club from Penang that participating in Malaysia SepakTakraw League – STL. Penang Black Panthers team represented by national team’s Tekong, Shahir Rosdi, who was beat the Thailand first regu (with Farhan Adam, Hanafiah Dollah & Khairuzzaman as the Malaysian regu) in ISTAF SuperSeries 2015. Also the Tekong of Penang Black Panthers was helped Malaysian team win gold in the previous Asian Games 2018 Jakarta-Palembang.

Selangor Pistons is a sepaktakraw club from Selangor that participating in Malaysia SepakTakraw League – STL. Selangor Pistons has 2 senior national players, Farhan Adam who play as feeder and Shahrudin Ghani who is an ex-national player as team killer (or striker). Both of them was been with many Malaysian SepakTakraw teams previously and until now for Farhan Adam.

Terengganu Turtles
Terengganu Turtles is a sepaktakraw club from Terengganu that participating in Malaysia SepakTakraw League – STL. Terengganu Turtles also has some national players, Zulkifli Razak as second Malaysian Tekong who helped Malaysian SepakTakraw team win gold in Asian Games 2018 recently and also Hanafiah Dollah as one of Malaysian team killer (or striker).
However, even though they have senior players just like Selangor Pistons, Terengganu Turtles team current ranking is not so good, but they ranked a bit better than Selangor Pistons, at no. 7 from the 10 teams in the STL League.

MotoGP
MotoGP is the world’s premier motorcycling championship (or Grand Prix motorcycle racing), with a season of 18 Grands Prix in 14 countries bringing together the world’s top motorcycle manufacturers which are Honda, Yamaha, Ducati, Suzuki and Aprilia plus an elite crop of top riders from every corner of the globe, in the premier class.
The MotoGP championship consists of 3 motorcycling class category. The premier class, also known as MotoGP class with current specifications are 1000cc with 4 cylinder engine. The engine variety either inline 4 or V4 type engines, based on the manufacturer’s engine design.
The second category which known as Moto2 class, with current specifications are 660cc, 4 stroke engine. The bike manufacturers are from Kalex Engineering (Germany), KTM (Austria), Suter (Switzerland), Speed Up (Italy), NTS (Japan) & Tech3 (France).
While the third category, Moto3 class with current specifications are 250cc, 4 stroke engine. The bikes for every team are almost the same, they’re provided either by Honda or KTM. But next season, 2019 most probably, it was said that Honda will be replace by Triumph, the legend British manufacturer.. we’ll see..

Pahang Football Association – Pahang FA (Persatuan Bolasepak Pahang) is a Malaysian professional football club based in Kuantan, Pahang. The association was found in 1959 to represent the state itself and has traditionally worn a yellow home kit since its establishment. In early 2016, PBNP change the name from Pahang FA to Pahang FC (Football Club). Then on December 2016, the management changed the name back to Pahang FA.

Mission Winnow Ducati is a respected big factory team from Italy. Ducati was first joined MotoGP in 2003 and being the second European brand (with Aprilia) that compete in MotoGP class to challenge the dominant Japanese factory bikes. Ducati Racing Team also being the only brand that provides their state of the art bike to another 2 satellite teams, Pramac Racing & Reale Avintia Racing in MotoGP class.
‘Mission Winnow’ is a kind of rebrand by their main sponsor, Marlboro (by Philip Morris) which have been prohibited to obviously mentioning tobacco product involved in sports. So ‘Mission Winnow’ consider a campaign without mentioning or showing the tobacco brand’s image directly, as the law of sports sponsorship. This is similar to the Formula 1 Mission Winnow Ferrari team.

Team SUZUKI ECSTAR, is another one of the respected Japanese factory team in MotoGP. This year their rider, Andrea Iannone, has moved to Aprilia Racing Team Gresini and the position has been replace by Joan Mir, one of the 4 rookies in this 2019 MotoGP season.

Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP
Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP is the new team name of Yamaha Factory Racing, previously known as Movistar Yamaha MotoGP, after the main sponsor Monster Energy no longer with Tech3 team (Monster Yamaha Tech3), when the France based team joined KTM as their new satellite team with Red Bull as their main sponsor and know as Red Bull KTM Tech 3. The Yamaha Factory Racing have collaborate with a new (satellite) team who join in the MotoGP this year, the PETRONAS Yamaha SRT which using almost the same setting of Yamaha M1 bikes from the factory team.
Anyway the Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP this year remain both of their riders, the speedy Maverick Viñales & Valentino Rossi who’s being the ‘veteran’ rider in MotoGP this year at 40 years old and being one of the most fans supported rider to date.

Red Bull KTM Factory Racing
Red Bull KTM Factory Racing is the manufacturer team of KTM brand (KTM Factory Racing) which are the youngest motor bike brand that joining in and competes in MotoGP. However, they’re well known and quite success in others motorsports, such as FIM Motorcross World Champion, MXGP, Abu Dhabi Desert Challenge, etc.
In MotoGP class, Red Bull KTM Factory Racing was first introduced their bike in 2016 Austrian GP (10th round of 2016 MotoGP season). Then they officially participate in MotoGP race in the next round with their test rider Mika Kallio wildcard entry for the 2016 Valencian GP. Later the team signed Pol Espargaro & Bradley Smith in the end of the 2016 season, and Bradley Smith stayed until 2018.
Even though KTM Factory Racing is still fresh among the top teams in MotoGP, they managed to have all 3 teams in all class; Red Bull KTM Factory Racing – premier class MotoGP; Red Bull KTM Ajo – Moto2 & Moto3.

Aprilia Racing Team Gresini is another factory team from Italy (after Ducati) in MotoGP. Aprilia Racing have been involved in MotoGP since 2002 – 2004, then later they came back in 2012 season until today. This year 2019 season of MotoGP, we’ve seen Aprilia produced more competitive bike than previous year. The RSV4 bike seems challenging other top teams in their Sepang test & Qatar test, also in their 1st round – Qatar GP & 2nd round – Argentina GP of 2019 MotoGP season.

Reale Avintia Racing is one of the satellite team of Ducati (besides Pramac Racing). Even though their bikes supplied by the Italian brand, the team is a Spanish team based in Madrid. The team using the promising Desmosedici V4 bike of Ducati, therefore they perform quit well in the early round of 2019 season we can see.

Pramac Racing
Pramac Racing is another Ducati satellite team that using Ducati Desmosedici V4 bikes similar to the Ducati factory team – Mission Winnow Ducati, but different setting by their mechanics of course. Usually when the Ducati factory team introduce some new innovation to their bike that was approved by the FIM (the MotoGP authority), they will share it with their satellite teams, like the new fairing design, winglet design, etc.
This year 2019 MotoGP season, Pramac Racing perform quite impressive in their tests and also in the live race. Their riders especially Jack Miller proved to be one of the perform rider on Ducati bike and he even (sometimes) outperform the Ducati factory riders itself, as their big brother team.
Recently about 3 days ago, the team known as Alma Pramac Racing, then latest news mentioned that they changed their name to just Pramac Racing, after dropped Alma, their main sponsor.. we don’t know yet why it happen the middle of the race season.

LCR Honda
LCR Honda is a satellite team of Honda manufacturer or factory, but they’re an Italian team based in Monte Carlo, Monaco. LCR Honda was first involved with MotoGP in 1996 with 125cc class using Honda, with their team name – Honda Team GP3. Their first rider is Lucio Cecchinello, the team founder who then being the team’s priciple. The next year (1997), they start using the ‘LCR’ in their team name until today. LCR stand for their founder’s name – Lucio Cecchinello and R might be Racing (we think so). They’ve switched to Aprilia bike in 2001 – 2005 and later in 2006 until today they collaborate back with Honda.
So this team have been good relation with Honda, vast experience with the bike and indirectly involved with the development of Honda bikes since their early join venture. The team has competitive bike of RC213V similar with their big brother team – Repsol Honda Team. No wonder their respected rider, Cal Crutchlow perform well with many MotoGP race previously and he managed to get podium on the first 2019 season QatarGP.
Uniquely this teams’ riders have their own individual sponsors for their bikes; Cal Crutchlow – LCR Honda CASTROL & Takaaki Nakagami – LCR Honda IDEMITSU.. their bikes and their racing suits design are different though they’re in the same team.
